The programme, which would mark the end of their first term and beginning of second term in office, was unveiled by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotosho, at a press conference in Alausa, Ikeja.
The statement noted that while inauguration would be on May 29, post-inauguration Jummat and church services would hold on June 2 and 4 respectively.
A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Gboyega Akosile, noted that the programmes would be held in different parts of the state, particularly the five divisions of Lagos – Ikorodu, Badagry, Ikeja, Lagos Island and Epe.
The programmes include youth carnival and robotic competition for people with disabilities, book launch and photo exhibition, Children’s Day activities, cultural display and an inauguration dinner.
