The Director General of National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) Mr. Jelani Aliyu (MFR), said young professionals must form companies that provide innovative solutions for development based on the daily challenges of the people.”
According to him, it is important for young Nigerians and professionals to form new progressive companies, alongside forming strategic teams that comprise of different synergetic skills.

Speaking on the theme “Improving SME Efficiency Through Technological Innovation” during his presentation at the Enterprise Development Center (EDC) of Pan Atlantic University at their 2nd Alumni Day Celebrations, Aliyu said that choice of careers by individuals must be based on talents, strengths and passion irrespective of contrary views of others.
Encouraging young Nigerians to stay motivated, the NADDC director general enumerated advanced investment opportunities available in the new Nigeria automotive sector, pointing out that electric vehicle production, charging stations, solar energy generation, renewable energy solutions, electric vehicle logistics, electric vehicle technology training, ride-share service providers, vehicle connectivity developers and providers are all areas in the automotive sectors that young and professional Nigerians can key into.

The NADDC director general further urged young professionals to embrace capacity building, business advisory, expert-in-residence programme, SME research, strategic partnerships, corporate retreats, social network events, investment readiness and access to market.
